New research article on estrogenic endocrine disruptors

New research from the ECOTOX group evaluates quantitative proteomic changes in the liver of adult male Cyprinodon variegatus after exposure to ethinylestradiol (EE2) and shows a higher upregulation in individuals exposed to EE2 (21 times more than in controls), which suggests the utility of abundant levels of this protein in the male liver as a new biomarker of xenoestrogen exposure.
